. Return & Exchange Policy

At Aiezah Collection, we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • 7-Day Return/Exchange: You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unstitched, unwashed, and unused. It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide the order number or receipt received via email/SMS.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased on "Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

  • Shipping Costs: If the item is defective or wrongly sent, we will cover the shipping. For "change of mind" exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to process your refunds as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong design, we offer a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3-5 working days.

  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your favorite outfits to your doorstep as fast as possible.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email to monitor your shipment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For your peace of mind, we offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan.
