1. Delivery Timeline

  • Major Cities: Orders in cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi are typically delivered within 2-3 working days.

  • Other Regions: For the rest of Pakistan, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

  • Please note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed during public holidays or high-volume sale events.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide. You only pay when you receive your parcel at your doorstep.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number to track your parcel's progress on our courier partner's website.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Our team may call or WhatsApp you for order confirmation before dispatching. Please ensure your provided phone number is active to avoid cancellations.

6. Inspection Policy

  • As per courier company policies, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment. However, if there is any issue with the product after opening, you can contact us via our Return & Exchange Policy.
